Here is how you create a page in Blazonco. First, click on Content in the main navigation at the top of the window.
Once in Content, the Page Manager will load. This is the default subpage that you should see. Under Page Structure on the left you should see a list of your already created pages. To create a new page, click on the Create Page button next to Page Structure.
Now the Create Page settings should load on the right side of the screen. Here is an overview of the settings available to each page.
- This is the page title. Type in what you would like this page to be called.
- The Navigation Options allow you to set whether a page should show in the top-level navigation, which typically displays at the top of the page, the section navigation, which shows on subpages of the site as desired, or do not show in navigation, which hides the page from the navigation, but can still be viewed by your customers if you link to the page manually, and will still be found by search engines.
- This is the Search Optimization Keywords field. This lets you define keywords for the page that will help search engines categorize the page content. These keywords should be entered with commas seperating each word. For example: help, support, faq
- This is the Search Optimization Description field. This lets you define the description for the page. Similar to Keywords, this lets you define the content on the page to assist search engines in the categorization of the page content. This can be a single sentence or a couple sentences.
- Once you have finished entering the settings for the page. Click Create Page, and the new page will be saved, and will appear in the Page Structure to the left. Now that you have created the page, you can jump to our next step of editing page content.
